Clean Drain Dry Ambassador Recognition Program Nomination Form
The Clean Drain Dry Ambassador Recognition Program honors select individuals and organizations who exhibit exemplary public service by facilitating aquatic invasive species awareness and prevention best practices. Nominees must demonstrate examples of community engagement and public outreach of Clean Drain Dry best practices. Photographs demonstrating working examples of community outreach efforts are required.

Winners will receive plaque that commemorates their work, a Bass Pro Shops gift card, and CD2 merchandise. Awardees will also be featured on the national Clean Drain Dry website and in an exclusive press release.

The application period closes November 1st, 2021. Awardees will be announced by November 30th, 2021.
