All Participants buying meals will receive a wristband. Cafeteria use is reserved only for attendants with meal package. Reservations of meals and rooms will be secured upon full payment of registration. Meal tickets will not be sold at the event. Please reserve only the amount of rooms and meals you will be using. There will be no changes allowed on reservations. No reservations by phone.
