(-A-) Sanction Fee: The host club shall pay a $15 Sanction Application Fee upon receipt of an approved sanction from the MVS Sanctions Chair. This fee may be paid with the Entry Fees (-B-) within 21 days of completion of the meet). Please include any late fees assessed by the Sanctions Chair if your application was within 45 days of the start of the meet.

(-B-) 15% of Entry Fees: The host club shall pay 15 percent of the gross entry fees, or a $15 sanction fee, whichever is greater.

(-C-) Overage Fees: If any meet session lasted 4 hours and 30 minutes or longer, calculate all entry fees for all swims that started beyond 4 hours from the meet start time. 100% of those entry fees from events started after 4 hours are to be remitted as an Overage Fee. Additionally, if the host club accepts entries which bring the total number of swimmers over the maximum allowed (based on lane and course), 50 percent of the excess fees shall be paid to Missouri Valley Swimming. This is calculated by the average number of events per swimmer time the number of swimmers over the maximum.

Athlete Outreach Fund: Missouri Valley Swimming instituted a surcharge of $.50 per splash at all Missouri Valley sanctioned meets. This surcharge will go to the Athlete Outreach Assistance Fund. - This collection has been suspended until further notice.

Athletes registered as Outreach athletes are automatically enrolled in this meet fee reduction program. Additional athletes can be sponsored by their club. Teams are responsible for notifying meet hosts prior to the meet. More information can be found here.
