These containers contain FROZEN PRODUCTS which are inside container van number(s) {containerNo} .

In this regard, we are requesting the vessel personnel to monitor our reefer van. Should the reefer van(s) malfunction the vessel personnel will inform the shipper. The shipper shall give instructions to vessel personnel how to fix the problem and crew shall do best effort to carry out the instructions. The crew shall not be held liable for any damage should they be unable to rectify the problem or the reefer van is beyond repair. Gothong Southern Shipping Lines shall not be held liable to any damage that shall arise from the shipment.
