I'm Sherinne and I'm so excited you're here! I first want to thank you for taking a few moments to complete this hair extension pre-consultation form.

The goal with this form is to get to know your hair and hair goals, which will help me determine if you're a great fit for hair extensions. Completing this form will also help me be able to narrow down a price range for your specific goals and help answer some of your questions along the way.

Let's chat about hair color!

Every set of extensions are custom colored to match your hair. I typically choose between  2-4 shades of hair. This is a HUGE part of what makes the service I offer so natural and seamless. These questions are to help me understand where your hair is now and what your goals are for your hair color. 

WE'RE ALMOST THERE!

Follow the instructions below and show me some photos of your current hair AND some inspiration photos on the next steps.

These photos will help determine if you're a good applicant for hair extensions. This will save time for both you and me and helps narrow down a price range for you.

Don't be nervous! I don't need to see your face, just your hair! Feel free to put an emoji over your face if you're not comfortable. This is solely to see your current hair.

• Must be photos of your current hair.
• Use your cell phone.
• It's way easier if someone else takes the photo for you, but you can also set your timer and take a step back to ensure ALL of your hair is in the photo.
• Take in natural lighting (no flashes, please).
• You will take two-/three photos - Front, back, and side (side is optional but appreciated).

 Alternatively, you can text me your full name and these photos at (732)508-0088 after you have completed this form. If you are busy at work or cant send me these photos at the moment, save this number and send them at your earliest convenience.

Pricing and Maintenance Information

Thanks for taking an interest in Hair Extensions with me! All appointments are done at Bella Rococo Salon in Garwood, NJ.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

Most first-time clients can expect to invest $850-$1800 (retainer included) depending on how much hair is needed, color, and desired length. 

This investment covers the Hair Extensions, the custom color of both your hair and the hair extensions, the installation, treatment, cut, and style. (Keep in mind your beautiful hair extensions are a big chunk of this investment.) You will also receive a complimentray blowdry appointment, booked within 10 days of your first installation!

In order to book an appointment, there is a $400-$800 non-refundable retainer. The retainer goes towards the overall cost of the appointment, with the remaining balance due day of service. 

Once I review your application, we will have a phone consultation for your personalized and custom quote! Everyone is different, so don't worry I will put everything into consideration before I give your custom quote. I will answer all of your questions and prepare you for your upcoming appointment.

HOW MANY ROWS WILL I NEED?

One Row: Fullness only, no length
Two Rows: Fullness and length (most common)
Three Rows: Fullness and length. Needed for those with extremely dense (thick) hair, to break up a blunt haircut, or for those looking to add a lot of lengths.
Mini Row: For those with short layers. This is used as a connecting piece to blend your natural hair and your hand-tied hair extensions.

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS

For my returning Hand Tied Hair Extension guests you can expect the following:

• Move up of the extensions every 6-8 weeks.

Row One: $200
Row Two: $350
Row Three:$450
Mini Row: $100
*Does not include Color

Replace the hair extensions every 4-8 months with brand new hair.
Some choose to refresh some of the hair sooner.
I recommend replacing 2 wefts every third maintenance appointment to keep the hair looking and feeling fresh.
