  • GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS

    • Possess extremely positive and enthusiastic attitude, passion for and knowledge of the fitness industry.
    • Loves Burn Boot Camp, Bleeds Blue, believes in Burn's core values, supports and lifts others, desires to empower our community.
    • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
    • High-energy, approachable and willing to go the extra mile; do the extra things.
    • Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional or similar type setting.
    • 1-2 years experience in a customer service focused business preferred.
    • Ability to create/display a positive sense of team, while influencing all staff to perform to a higher standard.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
    • Have a high level of understanding and an active presence in social media.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to be punctual; being on time/early for work is critical.

    BURN AMBASSADOR

    GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contribute to providing an excellent member experience, every camp, every day.
    • Assist in the smooth functioning of the Retail Center and Client Check-In.
    • Assist in client communication via phones, email, social media, gym software.
    • Assist in Childcare Operations including but not limited to maintaining proper staffing and ensuring Burn policies and procedures are upheld at all times.
    • Assist in maintaing a safe and clean gym atmosphere.
    • Assist in maintaing a standard of excellence in all operations in the gym, ie. The Blue Carpet Experience.
    • Partner with other Employees to assist in creative and local marketing within the community by developing strong relationships with joint ventures, implementing system-wide marketing programs and maintaining a Burn community culture amongst members.
    • Demand the highest level of facility cleanliness and order at all times in adherence with the Burn Brand Standards. In addition to overseeing compliance of all staff to keep facility clean and floors free of unused equipment. 
    • Responsible for Employee Onboarding and Training as needed.
    • Assist in processes including but not limited to: overall budgeting and cost containment, inventory control, supply and retail ordering, and assist in general facility maintenance, as necessary.
    • Special projects to be determined.
