Eligibility for 4 Under 40 REALTORS®
REALTOR® member of the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association who is under age 40 as of January 1, 2022 are eligible to apply for the 4 Under 40 award.

Every hopeful candidate must complete an application and submit it to the SMDRA YPN Committee.
