Chapter 119 Public Record Request
Although the public records law does not require that a request for public records be made in writing, it can be helpful for both you and our office to ensure we have an accurate understanding of what is being requested.
Please complete and submit the form below, and a respresentative will contact you in accordance with Chapter 119 guidelines.
Notification of Fees:
Each public record request is evaluated and once we have a clear understanding of the scope of the request, we will provide you with the deposit amount required, which must be submitted in the form of cashier's check, money order or cash. Once the deposit is received, the request will be fulfilled. If additional funds are due, an official quote wil be provided for the request. (Any additional funds must be received prior to the release of requested records.)
