Airport Transfer Request Form

Reserve your airport transfer at least 48 hours before the day of arrival / departure. If your airport transfer could not be confirmed, but your payment has been processed, please contact our customer services department for reimbursement of your payment at customerservices@hccanarias.com
Pick up location*
Please put the exact time your flight arrives, as shown on your flight ticket. If your flight arrives at (for example) 15:00 hrs, the driver will collect you at 15:30 hrs.
We recommend to reserve the pick up time from your resort at least 3 hours before the departure of your flight. The drive from the resort to the airport takes approx. 45 minutes if there are no traffic jams.
