  • Airport Transfer Request Form

  • Your airport transfer must be reserved at least 48 hours before the day of arrival or departure.

    If your airport transfer couldn’t be confirmed but your payment has already gone through, no worries, just contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@hccanarias.com

  • Enter your flight’s arrival time as on your ticket. For example, if you land at 15:00, your driver will meet you around 15:30. The driver will wait up to 1 hour from your flight’s arrival time.

  • We recommend reserving your pick-up time from the resort at least 3 hours before your flight’s departure. The drive from the resort to the airport takes approximately 45 minutes, assuming there is no traffic.
