The NCTTRAC EMS Committee has voted to purchase Honeywell carbon monoxide (CO) detectors funded by the Local Projects Grant (LPG) awarded by Texas Department of State Health Services for TSA-E. 

 

NOTE:  The CO detectors will be distributed on a first come, first served basis to dshs-licensed ems agencies and first responder organizations.

 

Upon completion of this form, a NCTTRAC representative will contact you when we have a unit for you to pick up. A signed asset transfer form is required prior to release and can be downloaded, signed and emailed or signed by an authorized signer at the time of pickup.
