Spots are limited! This form will be open until we receive enough submissions. Get your form in as soon as possible for consideration. Beth will start reviewing the forms within the week of submission, but may take a little while to get back to you. Please be patient!
If Accepted:
If your project is accepted, Beth will schedule you for a consultation. These consultations will most likely be scheduled starting beginning of 2025 and the tattoo appointments will be for sometime in 2025.
**Due to the volume of submissions each artist receives, we cannot guarantee an appointment for everyone, but we do our best! It is NOT first come, first served. We look through all submissions and select projects based on what is the best fit for the artists style/content-wise and what their schedules can accommodate.
