Our Formats:
- Buti Yoga:
Three days of full instruction, demonstration and testing with a Buti Yoga Master Trainer (Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm all days). Upon successful completion of this course and testing, students will receive their NASM/AFFA and Yoga Alliance(current 200 hour RYT's) accredited certification. In your Buti Certification, you will join aspiring instructors and passionate Buti students from around the world in genuine, powerful community; delivery deep into the Spiral Structure Technique, it's applications and how to apply it to our dynamic flow sequence; build a strong foundation in yoga cueing, adjustment and modification- to prepare for adding dynamic variations to posts and sequences; learn how to properly sequence a Buti class using dynamic variations + sequences that fit our class guidelines; tap into your own inner strength, creativity + leadership to lead your own Buti Community.
- 200 HR RYT:
Our Yoga Alliance accredited program certifies you to teach Vinyasa flow, Hot Buti Yoga and Buti Yoga. Upon successful completion of the program, testing and demonstration, you will receive your 200 HR YTT certificate to be eligible for YA 200 RYT designation. This training program places emphasis on the Chakra System and its effects on overall health + wellness. Each 200 HR training takes place over 6 Friday to Sunday weekends, held once a month for 6 consecutive months at your training location.
- Deep:
Master and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti trademarked formats, DEEP is low impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. Deep is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 75-90 minutes + 7-minute meditation. This 2-day certification includes 4 hours of anatomy + physiology; partner muscle palpation + massage; asana alignment and modification with accompanying DEEP variations; structuring your DEEP class; DEEP variations for specific injuries; Hypnotic meditation specific to injury recovery, immune system enhancement and self-love; a written test, muscle location test + demo.
- Hotcore:
This 1-day certification offers instructors an "Add-on" cert on the Friday before a 2-day cert or in combination with Sculpt Certification (below) Saturday and Sunday. Each class fits into a 30-minute class slot offering students convenient fat burning workouts that maximize functional core strength and prevent injury. This class style is ideal to increase your student demographic and attract students otherwise intimidated by traditional Buti classes. With your knowledge and love for the practice of Buti Yoga, you will be able to seamlessly transition students into a complete practice. HotCore is a 30-minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequences sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid "drag" or friction creating resistance. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Hotcore classes can be taught in non-heated AND heated rooms alike. Temperature can range from 80-95 degrees.
-Sculpt + Bands:
This 2-day certification includes BUTI BANDS + BUTI SCULPT unless otherwise noted. This training offers instructors an "add-on" class to boost their Buti Yoga marketability. Each class sequence (Buti® Bands / Buti Sculpt®) fits into a 30 minute class slot offering students convenient fat burning workouts that maximize functional core strength and prevent injury. These class styles are ideal to attract students otherwise intimidated by traditional Buti classes or build-onto your class offerings with HIIT and resistance training to enhance overall market reach. Training will include: manual, instruction, anatomy + physiology, injury prevention / at-home protocols, modification, class sequencing and testing.
BUTI® BANDS is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval.
BUTI SCULPT® builds long, lean muscle mass using a HIIT (high intensity interval training) - based formula seamlessly blended with static yoga poses to stretch and release the muscle group used during high-intensity round. HIIT workouts kick the body into a heightened metabolic state + optimizes the body's ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate + maximum effort and these effects can last up to 36 hours post-workout.
-PRIMAL FLOW
This is a 2 day certification 8am-8pm. The re-awakening of our primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy and uniting of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us! Primal flow blends traditional Vinyasa with Buti® Yoga techniques and philosophy to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for the Mind, Body, & Soul. Primal Flow uses a formula for sequencing with creativity while maintaining structural integrity. This format works with anatomical principles to bring dynamic, primal and intuitive movement to life!
In this training, you'll learn to blend intuitive and structured sequencing into your classes, design the perfectly balanced class for awakening both Shakti (feminine) and Shiva (masculine) energy, design the perfectly balanced class for awakening both, sequence movement with breath (Salutations), build anatomically intentional sequences + dive deeper into functional anatomy, while infusing traditional asanas with primal movements.
*Prerequisite: Any Accredited 200 Yoga Teacher Training or a Buti Certification
-VIBE + FLOW
This is a 2 day certification 8am-8pm. The Certification is developed and rebranded from the HotVibes class concept. VIBE + FLOW is Vinyasa Inspired Buti Empowered and an integration of fluid, continuous movement, breath, music, intention, and dynamic sequencing with our powerful unique Buti style. The VIBE + FLOW practice is low-impact, may offer yoga posture modifications + advanced variations, and uses purposeful, safe, creative, fun flowing transitions. Classes may be planned or created intuitively to combine movement and music with intelligent sequences focused on joint alignment, muscle engagement, and body awareness.
