1. Chi noleggia la motoslitta dovrà mantenere una condotta di guida attenta e prudente , non potrà dare corso a competizioni con altri sul percorso. / The person renting the snowmobile must maintain careful and prudent driving behavior and may not engage in races or competitions with others along the route.

2. Chi noleggia la motoslitta sarà tenuto a seguire in fila ordinata la guida e a non uscire dal tracciato indicato. / The renter must follow the guide in an orderly line and is prohibited from leaving the designated route.

3. Chi noleggia la motoslitta è tenuto in caso di danni a mezzi o ad attrezzature, all’immediato risarcimento, ai costi indicati sulla tabella “costi ricambi” e “condizioni di noleggio “ esposti presso la cassa, di cui dichiara di aver preso visione , pur prendendo atto che tali costi sono stati indicati nella loro misura minima e pertanto, il Team Lacroce potrà pretendere il risarcimento anche in misura superiore , dandone adeguata giustificazione. / In the event of damage to vehicles or equipment, the person renting the snowmobile is required to provide immediate compensation in accordance with the costs indicated in the ‘Spare Parts Costs’ and ‘Rental Conditions’ tables displayed at the cashier’s desk, which the renter declares to have read and understood. The renter acknowledges that such costs are indicated at their minimum amounts and that Team Lacroce may therefore claim compensation in a higher amount, provided that adequate justification is given.

4. In caso di danni al mezzo o a attrezzatura il Team Lacroce è tenuto ad incassare il totale della la somma pattuita come cauzione e a pretendere la differenza in contanti se fosse dovuta. / In the event of damage to the vehicle or equipment, Team Lacroce is entitled to retain the full amount of the agreed security deposit and to request payment in cash of any outstanding balance, if applicable.
