CATERING INFORMATION: All rental clients are required to utilize the on-campus caterer, Olive and Vine. Clients may use another caterer for a drop off which includes no services (i.e., setup, layout on tables, chaffing dishes, flowers, pick up after the event, etc.) A drop-off means delivery only, like pizza or box lunches. The host must do all layout, serving, and cleanup. If Olive and Vine cannot cover the event, campus affiliated groups must request a carver-out for the service.
