The following constitutes the Photography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Sash Moreaux doing business as Meaux Collective (the “Photographer”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Photographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.

Client responsibility Right/Release to Shoot

Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Meaux Collective media to shoot event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Meaux Collective will photographer, including photos, musical recordings, people, or any other materials delivered to Meaux Collective for inclusion in the clients video.

Photo Edits & Aesthetics

Artistic Style. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Meaux Creative portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style and that Meaux Collective work is constantly evolving; that the Meaux Collective services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the video may be different from photos done by the company in the past; and that in creating the photos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to create photos consistent with our personal judgment and consistent with the vision of the event as discussed in the consultation. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria and shall not be altered or edited by any person outside of Meaux Collective without written request.

Acts of God

If Meaux Collective is unable to attend the wedding including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure medical emergency, Meaux Collective will provide their substitute or back up photographer to photograph the event as discussed in the consultation. If Meaux Collective fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Sash Moreaux or Meaux Collective, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Meaux Collective liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received.

Cancellations

Both parties reserve the right to terminate the contract for any reason. Should the client terminate the contract within 3 days of deposit payment all money paid minus the retainer cost will be refunded with in 30 days. If wedding is voluntarily cancelled or photographer removed from the event, no refunds will be provided. If there is an act of god, weather or natural disaster that prevents the event from taking place, Meaux Collective will only be able to reschedule as current schedule permits.
