For those residing outside our Family of Parishes' boundaries or who are not formally registered with one of our Family of Parishes, you may be requested to provide a letter of permission from your parish Church in order to celebrate with us.

1. At least one Catholic Godparent must be chosen for Baptism - male or female or one of each. CCC 873
2. This (these) person(s) must be able to:
  1. profess the Catholic Faith,
  2. be at least 16,
  3. have received the all the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Communion and Confirmation) and
  4. be in good standing with the Catholic Church.
3. A non-Catholic Christian can accompany a Catholic godparent as a Christian witness (and can be added in the "godparent #2" box below).
4. It would be wonderful if the Godparent(s) were close enough / involved enough to participate in the at home preparation with your child(ren).

Ste Anne's Parish will handle all credit card/e-transfers

*No one will be denied the sacrament because of an inability/difficulty in paying. Please only give what you feel you are able and is reasonable per child. No questions asked.

FIRST MEETING:

In order to get a better sense of your children and their needs and the course of educational programing that would best suit your family, a 15-20min meeting with you and your child(ren) in person or on zoom with Katherine Marsh our coordinator of Pastoral Ministry to schools, is requested. Katherine is a OCT certified educator with classroom experience in 1st, 3rd and 4th grade.
