MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Meaux Collective Photography subsidy of Meaux Co Pro Incorporated, umbrella company, and Sash Moreaux, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that "Meaux Co" may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Dates are secured on a first come first save basis and without deposit the date is open and available for others to self book online. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay session start time. The session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If Meaux Collective is unable to attend the wedding including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure medical emergency, Meaux Collective will provide their substitute or back up photographer to photograph the event as discussed in the consultation. If Meaux Collective fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Sash Moreaux or Meaux Collective, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Meaux Collective liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received. Both parties reserve the right to terminate the contract for any reason. Should the client terminate the contract within 24 hours of deposit payment all money paid minus the retainer/nonrefundable deposit cost will be refunded. If wedding is voluntarily cancelled or photographer removed from the event, no refunds will be provided. If there is an act of god, weather or natural disaster that prevents the event from taking place, Meaux Collective will only be able to reschedule as current schedule permits
