New Client Intake Form - Boarding
New Client Boarding Requirements:
- Dogs(s) must be friendly towards dogs and humans
- Proof of vaccination is required
- Meet & Greet prior to boarding
- Stays longer than four days require an overnight trial
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Drop-offs and pick-ups are by scheduled appointment only.
Meet & Greet Process:
- Meet & Greets takes place outdoors in our yard
- Lasts anywhere from 15-30 minutes
- Copies of vaccine records need to be provided before we introduce our dogs
- If you want to see the inside of our home, we can easily set up a live conference/video chat for another time and/or send pictures
- After submitting this form, you will be prompted to schedule the meet & greet on the "thank you" page.

We do take them out at least every two hours during the day
We give potty breaks every two hours, but if your dog continuously pees/marks territory inside our home, we will use a belly bands/diapers to prevent your dog from peeing inside our home. If you do not want the usage of belly bands, a puppy rate of $100 daily will apply. Do you agree?*
