🐾 New Client Boarding Guidelines

We want every pup’s stay at Lake Ridge Pet Resort to feel safe, happy, and stress-free! To make sure all our guests have the best experience, we ask for the following:

Fill out our new client intake form (below)
Dogs must be friendly with both people and other dogs
Proof of vaccinations or titer testing is required
A Meet & Greet is scheduled before your dog’s first stay (last 15-20 mins max)
For stays longer than 4 days, we ask for a short overnight trial to help your dog settle in comfortably

How does your dog alert you when they need to potty? And how many potty breaks does your dog typically need in a day?

We do take them out at least every two hours during the day

We give potty breaks every two hours, but if your dog continuously pees/marks territory inside our home, we will use a belly bands/diapers to prevent your dog from peeing inside our home. If you do not want the usage of belly bands, a puppy rate of $100 daily will apply. Do you agree?

Is your dog friendly towards other dogs and how does your dog behave around other dogs?

If your dog has boarded in the past, please describe the experience. For example, where they boarded at the vet or someone's home? How did your dog typically behave when boarded? Fine, playful, nervous, anxious, barking, marked territory/had accidents, timid, does not eat? This helps us prepare for your dog. It does not meant they are disqualified etc.
