Natural Glam Bridesmaid Package
This package is designed for the natural bridesmaid. These styles are allotted 30 minutes on the timeline and include half-updos, and down do styles.

Complete Glam Bridesmaid Package
This package is perfect for the more elevated bridesmaid—while ensuring the style never outshines the bride's. These styles include braids, more detailed updos, half-updos, and down styles. This package is allotted 35-45 minutes on the timeline.

Please note: Hollywood waves are not included under bridesmaid hairstyling. If Hollywood waves are desired, they fall under a different pricing tier and must be discussed with Looks By Dara prior to invoicing.

Assistant Requirement- For weddings taking place outside of the DMV area, an assistant stylist is required to ensure smooth preparation and execution on the day of the event. This guarantees that all members of the bridal party are styled promptly and efficiently. You can book one room, two beds, for the main stylist and assistant stylist.Travel Arrangements-For weddings requiring travel outside the DMV area, all transportation costs, including round-trip flights, ground transportation (e.g., Ubers, car rentals, car services, etc.), baggage fees, and hotel accommodations for both the main stylist and an assistant, must be fully covered by the client. Flights for both the main stylist (Dara) and the assistant must be approved by Dara prior to booking to ensure suitable travel times and arrangements.Accommodation- The client is responsible for booking accommodations for both the main stylist and the assistant for the duration of the event, including any necessary nights before and after the wedding date. Accommodations must be in a safe and comfortable location, at the same venue or close to the wedding/event site.Fees & Payment- A deposit is required to secure the booking for destination weddings. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance and must be received the day of booking to confirm services. Final payment, including all travel expenses, must be completed 3 month prior to the wedding date to avoid cancellation of services. In the event of cancellations, travel expenses that have already been incurred (e.g., flights, hotels) are non-refundable.Schedule- The hairstyling schedule, including arrival times, must be discussed and approved by the stylist in advance. Flexibility with time is required, as travel may present unforeseen delays. Any additional services requested outside of the pre-approved schedule may be accommodated but may incur additional fees.Additional Services- Should additional members of the bridal party or guests require hairstyling services, these must be communicated in advance to ensure adequate time and resources are available. Additional fees may apply for extended services beyond what was initially agreed upon.Insurance & Liability- The client is responsible for ensuring travel insurance is in place for all non-refundable travel expenses. Looks By Dara is not responsible for any costs associated with delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of travel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, airline cancellations).Please note: A 20% gratuity will be added to the total amount as a minimum. This ensures our skilled stylists are fairly compensated for their time, expertise, and the exceptional service provided to make your day unforgettable. Deposit:
Every client must submit a non-refundable deposit fee within 24 hours of booking to secure their appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total cost and ensures reservation of the appointment date and time. Failure to submit the deposit within the stipulated timeframe means the appointment date and time remain unreserved, allowing other clients to book.

Remaining payment will be due 3 months before wedding date.

Cancellations:

All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due three months prior to the event and is also non-refundable. Any payments made are non-refundable. If the client cancels the appointment within three months of the event, the full remaining balance is still due. We empathize with any situation that may arise, and our hearts go out to you during such circumstances. In the rare event of an emergency involving your stylist, the remaining balance paid three months prior to the event will either be refunded or, if the stylist is able to find a qualified replacement, the payment will be transferred to the new stylist. Additional fees may apply depending on the replacement stylist. Please note that such emergencies are extremely rare, and your stylist will make every effort to arrange a trusted replacement. If the client cancels the event, any hotels, flights, or car services booked for the event are the client's responsibility to cancel, and the client will still be responsible for covering any associated costs, even if the business cannot secure refunds.

Travel Fee: A mileage fee of $2.00 per mile for the events location is applied to all bookings conducted outside the Looks By Dara beauty suite in Columbia, MD. The travel fee is calculated based on the distance from our beauty suite. For destinations exceeding a travel time of 1 hour and 30 minutes from our suite, the client is required to provide a hotel room for each stylist in addition to travel fee. The client is responsible for the booking of the hotel room, inclusive of any additional fees incurred. It is imperative that the hotel meets a minimum 4-star standard and is subject to approval by the stylist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our travel fee policy.Parking fee: If there is no free parking available immediately outside the venue, a parking fee will be applied. In locations where valet parking is available, the valet fee will be charged to the client. A stair fee of $50 is applicable to venues that necessitate the artists to ascend flights of stairs without access to an elevator, given the heavy equipment we carry.Deposit: Every client must submit a non-refundable deposit fee within 24 hours of booking to secure their appointment. By signing this agreement, First Name Last Name acknowledge and agree that for destination weddings, I am responsible for covering all travel-related expenses, including round-trip flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations for both the main stylist (Dara) and the assistant. All travel arrangements must be approved by Dara before booking. An assistant stylist is required to ensure efficient styling for the bridal party. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, applied toward the final balance, and full payment, including travel expenses, must be received three months before the wedding date. Any payments made are non-refundable, and travel expenses already incurred are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The hairstyling schedule must be approved by the stylist, and flexibility is required due to potential travel delays. Additional services requested outside the pre-approved schedule may incur extra fees. I am responsible for ensuring travel insurance is in place for non-refundable travel expenses, and Looks By Dara is not liable for any costs due to travel disruptions. A $3 per mile travel fee applies for events outside our beauty suite in Columbia, MD, and for events over 1.5 hours away, a hotel room must be provided for the stylist in addition to the travel fee. A parking fee may be applied if there is no free parking at the venue, and a $50 stair fee applies if the venue requires stylists to ascend flights of stairs without elevator access. Additionally, a 20% gratuity will be added to the total amount, as a minimum, with the option to increase if the client feels the service exceeded expectations.
