PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule.

This Personal Injury Waiver (the "Waiver") is made by the undersigned for the purpose of utilizing the facilities and premises managed by Virginia Photos and FIlms (Virginia Marketing and Media LLC, Christal Marshall ) 508 Hillwell Road Chesapeake, VA and in the acknowledgment that in the utilization of the premises and facilities of the Company, occupies risk of personal injury that may arise or happen at any time. In consideration of the Company allowing the undersigned to make use of the venue and its facilities and equipment for the relevant purpose by which the Company allows, the undersigned agrees to assume the foreseeable and unforeseeable risk of personal injuries related to the activity, and agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its owner(s) and employees free from any and all liabilities, claims, cause of action, damages, or losses, which may be incurred by the undersigned in using said premises and its equipment and/or facilities, and which may arise from any reason whatsoever, specifically including, but not limited to, any negligence on the part of the owners, its employees, or losses arising from theft or for any other reason whatsoever.

The renter shall be liable for all breakage and other damage or loss to property resulting from the occupancy and use of the building and grounds, other than normal wear and tear. The renter shall be responsible for supervision over all persons in the building and on adjacent grounds. Disorderly conduct is prohibited. · The sale or offer for sale of beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages on the premises is strictly prohibited. Virginia Photos and Films and its affiliates will not be liable for any personal and/or property damage occurring to anyone on premises, due to snow, slippery conditions, or any other mishap/accident. · Virginia Photos and Films is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. It is the sole responsibility of each person entering the facility to be responsible for all belongings. Under no circumstances will Virginia Photos and Films and its affiliates take responsibility for any lost, missing or stolen property personal or otherwise. No decorations or any kind may be taped, stapled or thumb tacked to any wall or surface throughout Virginia Photos and Films Everything that is brought into the building by the Renter must be removed before vacating the building. Upon inspection, there will be an additional $60.00 clean up fee if any of these rules are violated.
