    We specialize in leisure equipment transportation inside enclosed vehicles from depot to depot.GIT cover is the responsibility of the consigner or consignee by SA law. Please forward this completed document to your own insurance as a notification. They will confirm the cover with MMC. Otherwise, MMC's GIT cover is optional and load values are verified by assessment. MMC's GIT cover is strictly payable in advance.

    Avoid ETA inquiries on shared loads as multiple destinations affect time. Unknown delays can not be compensated for prior to departure. Shared loads done by vehicles over 3.5 tons adhere to their respective speed limits and weighing stops. We will do our best to achieve planned timing while considering the safety of lives, vehicles, and your goods.

    MMC will not be held responsible for poorly mounted parts falling off in transit, temporary permits, towing couplers, electrics, axels, bearings, structure, or tire conditions. Please service these prior to loading.

    Direct loads carry a maximum of two items under 500kg each as smaller vehicles do these to achieve timelines. Loading will not be done without a validated MMC Load Sheet. Please do not pay drivers cash unless otherwise arranged with MMC management. We do not deliver in rural areas and our vehicles do not travel on unpaved roads. Estimates are only valid for the current schedule and will be done in the current economic environment and adjusted as costs change.

    All cancellations attract a 50% of service value penalty fee.
