FUNDRAISING/ VOLUNTEER HOURS

Each family has the option to participate in fundraising/volunteer or forego fundraising/volunteer efforts.
FUNDRAISING

Here are some ways a family could earn $100 in fundraising profit.

Winter Raffle, Winter Fundraising Package, Little Caesars Pizza, Sunset Gourmet and any other ideas we come up with. Please feel free to share any ideas you have. Please remember if the total commitment is not fulfilled by April 1, 2022 your cheque for $200 will be cashed.

VOLUNTEER HOURS

Each family is required to complete 6 volunteer hours by playing music for our coaches or helping with any events (Carnival, Santa Claus Parade, music, fundraising).

FUNDRAISING OPTION A: FOREGO A separate cheque for $200 is required. You have now fulfilled your fundraising commitment. FUNDRAISING OPTION B: PARTICIPATE Each family must raise $100 in fundraising profit. A cheque for $200 dated for April 1, 2022 is required at registration. This cheque will be returned once your commitment has been fulfilled. If not fulfilled, your cheque will be cashed.

VOLUNTEER HOURS OPTION A: FOREGO: A separate cheque for $100 is required and must be dated for the date of registration. You have now fulfilled your volunteer commitment. VOLUNTEER HOURS OPTION B: PARTICIPATE: Each family must volunteer 6 hours during the skating season. A cheque for $100 dated April 1, 2022 is required at registration. Your cheque will be returned once your commitment has been fulfilled. If not fulfilled, your cheque will be cashed.

SHOWCASE

Our Carnival Date is March 31, 2022 at 6:00 pm. Details to follow closer to the big event.

The applicant agrees that the Colborne Cramahe Figure Skating Club and/or its Executive accept no responsibility for loss, damage or accident however caused.

SPECIAL NOTES
- Please note it is mandatory for anyone under stage 6 to wear a CSA approved hockey helmet. This has been implemented through Skate Canada effective May 1, 2011 and is out of the control of this and all clubs.
- Skaters may move up session levels at the discretion of the coaches, executive or partent. If the parent agrees to this move additional fees will apply.
- Any loss of ice time beyond our control is non refundable and will not be made up.
- No child under the age of 14 will be permitted on the ice without parental supervision.
