Section C

Family Life
What are your family's (parents, spouse, fiancee, children, etc.) feelings towards your desire to serve with us?
Section D

Education and Work Experience
List secondary schools / colleges / universities attended, giving years of attendance and qualifications obtained with grades / class.
What other accredited courses have you taken in missions, theology or intercultural studies?
Please give details of your current employment / study.
Please give details, with dates, in chronological order of current and previous work experience.
What work situations have given you the most satisfaction? Where do you feel your abilities have been used most effectively?
What leadership experience have you had? Include church, work, school and other leadership roles.

Health
Do you have any health concerns or medical issues as you consider serving and living in another country?
Are there any personal problems that concern you as you contemplate serving?
Are there any limitations or issues we should be aware of?
Section F

Christian Life
Please give the name and denomination of your home church and any church you attend in term time.
Do you believe your home/university church will support your application?
Describe your spiritual disciplines (quiet time, bible study, prayer life, etc.).
In what ways have you served in your local church? In what ways are you serving now?
What experiences do you have being discipled and discipling others?
Describe a recent evangelistic conversation.
Give the name of the mentors, teachers, writers, leaders, etc. who have most influenced your Christian way of thinking and experience. Describe how each has influenced you.
Please write a brief summary of your spiritual journey. Include how you came to Christ, including some significant events in your spiritual growth and factors that have led you to consider serving in the UK.

Section G

Understanding of the Christian Faith
Please state briefly what you believe about the bible and its role in Christian life and work.
Please outline your understanding of the death of Christ and its place in Christian belief.
What are your views on the Holy Spirit and His work?
Are there any doctrinal or theological issues which you are taking a particular interest in at the moment?
Section I

Interests
What kind of indoor and outdoor recreation do you pursue?
What books and periodicals (Christian and secular) have you read recently? Have any of these had a particular impact on you? Why?

Interview Availability

Once When we have received your application form, we will review it and be in touch with the next steps. If we decide to go forward with an interview, we try to schedule these as soon as possible. An interview will take place via Zoom and last 1.5 hours.
Please indicate any regular times during the week (Mornings and Afternoons) which you would be available for an interview. (Please note that the UK is usually 8 hour ahead of the West Coast US.)
