DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the photographer a Deposit, listed above, at the time of booking to secure the appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable fee that goes toward the session total. The balance is due the day of the session. The session total covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of the images as determined by the photographer, 10 complementary acne/scarring edits, and digital images (50 color, 50 black and white) to be delivered through the online gallery. If a family session is added on an additional 50 images in both color and black and white will be included in the gallery. Any additional editing requests outside of basic retouching, creative editing as determined by the photographer or acne/scarring needs to be discussed with the photographer in advance and may result in additional fees.
RESCHEDULING
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the Client may reschedule their session at least 48 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the Client fail to give a 48 hour notice, or wishes to cancel the photography session, the Deposit stated above shall be retained by the Photographer. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. The Photographer will only wait 15 minutes past the session time if the Client is late. If Client is a no call, no show for their session, the Photographer will keep the Deposit state above and the Client forfeits their ability to reschedule their session.
RE-SHOOTS
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the Photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
GALLERIES
Galleries of Client's images will be available within 30 business days after the session date. Images will be available in the gallery for at least one year after the session date. You can add on a USB flash drive at an additional cost below.
ORDERING
The Client will have the ability to download images from the online gallery and order prints from any photo store of their choosing. Images can also be ordered directly from the online gallery.
LIABILITY
The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client will be responsible for themselves and their children, and releases the Photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
COPYRIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
The Photographer retains all copyrights to all images created during the Client's session. A print release may be given with digital files to print for personal use. The Photographer will not release any RAW image files.
EDITING
The Client understands and agrees that no additional editing may be done to the images by anyone other than the Photographer. This includes adding filters from social media websites and apps, screenshots (alters the image quality), and any further adjustments not done by the Photographer.
SOCIAL MEDIA
If the Client is unsatisfied with the final delivery of the images they are to contact the Photographer privately. The Client understands that they are not to post to social media in any way slandering Robyn Morrill or RLC Photography, LLC.
