Schedule a Donation Pick-Up
Due to rising operating costs, we have made the difficult decision to start charging for pickups. One item...$25, two to four items...$50, five+ items...$100

Pickup Conditions:
- At least 1 large item (examples: dresser, couch, fridge).
- Items must be clean and free of pet hair.
- Items placed in the driveway, garage or loading dock. Inside a storage unit is also fine. Anything else must be discussed with a Donation Coordinator.
- The pickup crew has the final say. If something is damaged/broken, stained, has mold, is overly dirty or covered in pet hair, they have the right to refuse the item(s).
- Pickup Tuesday-Friday between 10am-4pm
- Typical scheduling timeframe: 1-2 weeks
- $25-$100 pickup fee
Alternatively, items can be dropped off at either store free of charge on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 9-4 and Thursday 10-6. Our donation crew has the right to refuse items if they’re damaged/broken, stained, have mold or are dirty, and if the item(s) are on our “Not Accepting” list.
We do our best to respond to submissions within a business day. Forms submitted Saturday night, Sunday or Monday will be responded to on Tuesday. Sometimes responses are sent to spam/junk folders, so please check those folders in a few days if you don't see a response in your main inbox.
