EVENT REGULATIONS
ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday 8 November 2021 at 5pm
- All players must be LRC Members (5 day members are eligible to play - see conditions below).
- Entry fee of $180 per player will be debited to each player’s account.
- Players who withdraw after the entry deadline will incur a penalty of Entry Fee x 2.
- Players who withdraw after the draw has been posted will incur a penalty of Entry Fee x 3.
- All players will play a minimum of 2 matches in the event.
- Depending on event numbers, the finals may be played on Sunday 21 November.
- The draw and time schedule will be available from 6pm on the Thursday prior to the event at the Sports Desk or by phoning: 3199 3800.
5 Day Member Regulations
- 5 Day members entered must follow the conditions below:
- Register at reception upon arrival.
- Only the participating player may come to the club & only on the day(s) he/she actually has a match.
- No family members or guests permitted.
- May use F&B outlets on the day.
- No parking is premitted.
By submitting this application, I agree that the event fees will be charged to my Club account as stated above and understand the cancellation policy as stated above. I also acknowledge I am taking part in this activity at my own risk, and that the LRC and its staff/contractors are not liable for any injury/accident to me, however caused.
