By signing this form you have understood and agreed to the TravelManagers Australia Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge that all of the information provided is true and correct.
In addition, you acknowledge that you are aware of the following:
COVID-19
The travel arrangements you have requested are being booked whilst there are current travel bans in place for Australians to travel internationally (and within Australia) until further notice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the correct permissions to enter a state or territory or to depart or re-enter Australia.
You are also responsible for all medical & travel-related documents requirements required by state, federal or international authorities that allow entry or exit into their state, territory, return to Australia or overseas travel from Australia to another country.
You acknowledge that at the time of your intended travel date, these restrictions or revised
restrictions may still be in place and all cancellation fees, service fees advised at time of booking may be charged if your travel arrangements need to be cancelled or postponed or you are denied entry to a state or territory.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
A valid passport is required to travel internationally and must have at least 6 months validity beyond the dates of your visit. If you are travelling on a passport other than an Australian one, please advise our office immediately as there may be special requirements we need to discuss. In addition to a valid passport, many countries require a visa to enter or transit their country. Please refer to the Smart Traveller website for more information.
SMART TRAVELLER
Please check the Smart Traveller website for current travel information and advice.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that all travellers purchase travel insurance to provide appropriate coverage for unforeseen circumstances, accident and illness. Without travel insurance any costs incurred are the responsibility of the traveller; the Australian Government will not assist in paying for your medical bills overseas. If you decline travel insurance you will be required to complete a disclaimer.
INDEPENDENT BOOKINGS
TravelManagers accepts no responsibility for any loss, cost or expense that is incurred by the customer for any booking they have made independently from their personal travel manager.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE PENALTIES
In the event of a cancellation - whether voluntary or involuntary - 100% of the Travel Management Package paid is non-refundable. Additional fees will also apply, and service providers may also impose other fees according to their booking conditions.
Any changes made to a confirmed itinerary - after you have accepted it - will attract an amendment fee of $50 per change. These fees are in addition to any fees imposed by service providers.
