Companion Animal Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to raising the quality of life of dogs, cats, and beyond in the Humboldt County area. For nearly 20 years we have achieved this through animal adoptions, fostering, humane education, spay/neuter assistance, and providing advice and support to anyone with similar goals and values. Started in 2002 we are only able to continue thriving due to the work from our amazing volunteers who can expect to find an area where they will thrive in helping our community. Our opportunities include:

-Kitty Room Cleanup Crew (Specific Day of week and time commitment)

-Fostering At Home (especially puppies, pregnant mama cats/newborns)

-Special Event Assistance (Veterinary Clinics, Fundraisers, Adoption Events)

-Youth Summer Program (Assisting teachers, Clean up, Preparation)

-Board of Directors/Special Committee (Instrumental in our mission to grow)
