Thank you for choosing Eone’s Creations. We offer Cakes and Treats. We are currently available for Sweet Tables, Birthday Parties, Weddings & more.
Ordering Policy:

Please be advised,all orders require non-refundable deposits. A 25% deposit will be due on after submitting our Cake order form. Remaining balance will be due 48 hours before Pick-Up/Deliveries appointment. There is a $10 dollar delivery fee that will be added to the final payment. Orders cancelled within 24 hours after the order is placed, will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours after order is placed will not receive a 50% refund. Any orders cancelled after 48 hours, will not receive a full refund. Any refunds offered are for clients who have paid in full. This amount excludes deposits.
Cake/Treat Orders:

Cake orders can be placed two weeks prior to Pick-Up/Delivery appointment. Inquiring about a Treat Tables, Birthday Cakes and Wedding Cakes; please place orders 3 weeks prior to Pick-Up/Delivery appointment. Holiday orders will be available for Pick-Up 24-48 hours prior to official holiday. There will be an official reminder of order 48 hours prior to Pick-Up/Delivery.
Hours of Operations:

Tuesday-Sunday : 7AM-6PM Closed on all Major Holidays
Location:

Downers Grove, IL Location will be provided 24 hours before Pick-Up. Delivery address should be provided 48 hours prior to delivery.
Late Policy:

You MUST arrive on time for your selected appointment. Please be mindful of other’s selected appointment and our time. Arriving 15 minutes after your selected appointment will result in a late fee of 10 dollars. Payment must be paid before exchange. Thank you for your love and support

Please be advised; once the products have left our hands with care instructions, we are not responsible for any damages. When picking up treats, please have car/truck AC on to keep the cake/treats cool. If Drop-Off, please have cool space for cakes/treats so they will not melt. We also can not copy other artist work. We work on inspiration from the photos you submit.
