Conditions of attendance
1. I will supervise my children throughout the session
2. I will respect the rights of other parents/carers by treating all participants with respect
3. I understand smoking is not permitted at the session
4. I understand that I cannot bring any hot drinks to the session
5. I will assist staff with setting up and packing away if possible
6. I agree to use appropriate language when at the session. Swearing is not acceptable
7. I agree to alert staff in a confidential manner of any issues that arise with other parents or children
8. I understand sick children should not be brought to Mobile Playvan and that staff should be informed immediately of any possible contagious illnesses.
