Proof 1 of Residential AddressTwo documents must be submitted, showing the parent/guardian's name and the residential address stated on this application. At least one document must be dated within the three months immediately preceding the application. One document should be from the following: electricity/gas/household utility bill; current tenancy/RTB documentation; mortgage statement; local-authority/HAP/RAS housing documentation; or other equivalent evidence of occupancy accepted by the school. The second document may include: a bank or credit-union statement; Revenue correspondence; Department of Social Protection or other Government correspondence; insurance documentation; or another official document clearly showing the parent/guardian's name and residential address. An Eircode or property address alone does not constitute proof of residence. Where a parent/guardian cannot provide the documentation above because of their particular housing or family circumstances, alternative independent documentary evidence may be submitted. The school will consider such evidence fairly and consistently for the sole purpose of establishing the student's ordinary residential address

A lottery will take place from within the category that exceeds the 192 placement limit. The lottery will take place in the school in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Management, the Principal and the Chairperson of the Parents Association.
