Musician Application

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION:

Musicians will be notified of acceptance and time slots 3-4 weeks prior to the event. Performance slots for musicians are 5-6:30PM or 6:30-8PM.
Musicians MUST check in and begin setting up AT LEAST 30 minutes before their performance slot. Musicians who start late or leave early will not recieve the full payment amount.
We pay $150 for solo/duet musicians and $250 for groups of 3 or more. Checks will be hand delivered or can be picked up at the front desk at the Studio Downtown at the end of your performance. Any tips you earn are yours to keep.
Musicians must check in at the designated location (will be communitcated if selected) prior to their time slot in order to be considered present. Failure to check in will result in a "no show".
Keep in mind we do not allow mature language, violent lyrics, and overt sexuality (determined at our discretion with young children in mind [2-5 years old]). If you do have these in your music, be prepared to alter those lyrics as this is a family friendly event.
Art Walk can provide one set of speakers for your use, but any other equipment is your responsiblity to provide and set up.
Musicians will either be placed in Electric Alley (the alley beside Kassie's Cookies), inside the Studio Downtown, or occasionally at other locations outside on Chestnut Street.
