Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned model (hereafter “Model”), voluntarily authorize the creation and use of photographs, videos, and other digital reproductions of my person in material that is sexually explicit in nature (hereafter “Content”). In addition to this form, I agree to provide a legitimate form of government-issued identification to be copied for record-keeping.

I agree to the use of this Content for sale and distribution by myself and any co-Models on Onlyfans, JustForFans, Manyvids, Modelhub, and Xtube and all equivalents I agree to the use of this Content for promotional purposes by myself and any co-Models on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and their equivalents.

I hereby give clearance for the use of my stage name (if applicable), likeness, voice, appearance, and performance embodied in the Content, copywritten or otherwise. I release and indemnify all co-Models, employees, or other participants from any and all claims connected to the above-granted uses and representations. The rights granted herein are perpetual, worldwide, and survive my death.

I agree not to use or reveal any personal information about the co-Models, employees, or other participants without written consent from the corresponding individuals. This includes legal names, personal addresses, phone numbers, exterior images of residences or studio locations, or any other identifying or geographical data.

Each party agrees to share all Content and agrees to release content in cooperation. All Models have the right to preview the Content prior to its release. Each party acknowledges they shall mutually own the rights, title, interest, and copyright of the content created as of the date of this agreement. No party shall sell or transfer any Content rights without written consent from any and all co-Models.

I confirm that I have the right and the choice to enter into this agreement, and that I am not restricted by any commitments to any party involved in production of the Content. I confirm that there is no exchange of money between myself and any party pertaining to the production or distribution of this content, and that no party has any financial obligation to each other as a result of this agreement.

I take responsibility for my personal health at all times and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ask co-Models about their health, and to divulge my health status and/or concerns to said co-Models. 

I agree that absolutely no illicit or illegal substances will be permitted on the premises during production of the Content. Legally prescribed medications are permitted. Models who appear intoxicated or are unable to perform as a result of intoxication must leave the premises.

I, the undersigned Model, do hereby certify and swear that the information provided on this document is true and correct, and that I agree with all of the above terms.
