  • Important Information

    In order for us to action your alteration or abolishment request, we require that Diamond Energy is the retailer for the supply address and you have a Diamond Energy account in your name. This form does not constitute a sign-up form to transfer your electricity supply to Diamond Energy or establish your account.  If we are not currently the retailer for this property and/or you do not have an account with Diamond Energy, but you would like us to organise your alteration or abolishment, a sign-up form is required in addition to this form which you can submit here. We will proceed with lodging the requested alteration or abolishment works after your electricity supply has been successfully transferred to Diamond Energy and/or your account has been established.

  • Important Information

    Please be advised; your network tariff may be changed by the local poles and wires company resulting in some electricity tariffs (eg. Single rate) no longer being available after site alteration or electricity metering works. Any changes to network tariff availability is implemented by your local poles and wires company and can result in a change of rates structure on your bills. If you would like more information on how this may affect your property, please contact us.

    Please ensure you / your electrician has submitted the Application for Abolishment of Electricity Supply (VESI) form to your distributor.  You can download this form from your distributor's website.

  • Your authorisation to proceed and acceptance of charges
