Technical Assistance Request Form

Please complete and submit this form to initiate a request for technical assistance (TA), consultation, or training. A member of the YJI’s technical assistance team will contact you for further information. We try to fulfil as many TA requests as our capacity allows. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will try to provide suggestions for alternative sources for assistance.

The Institute generally works on a wide range of topics related to youth justice. We are best situated to provide support around racial and ethnic disparities, impacts of parental incarceration, positive youth development, youth violence, SOGIE, policing, and procedural justice.

While we will consider all TA requests, the YJI is best positioned to support the following types of requests

Training and Training Support
Tool Development (e.g. questionnaires, activity development, curricula support)
Information Gathering (e.g. literature reviews and topical research)
Subject Matter Expert Identification
Qualitative Research Strategies (e.g. focus groups and surveys)
Data Analysis and Infrastructure Support
Data Visualization
