    Eligibility

    Entry into the 2022 NZIOB National Student Awards is only available to students who are:

    • Student Members of the NZIOB. Student membership is free for anyone enrolled in any construction-related apprenticeship or tertiary programme. Nominees who are not already Student Members of the NZIOB can join for free via a two-minute online application ; and
    • In their final year of study.

    Nominations

    Nominations can be made by:

    • the Nominee themselves
    • the Nominee’s Employer, Client, or Lecturer / Assessor

    Options for how to submit your entry

    Nominees have the option to submit their answers to the six key questions in the entry form in either:

    1. Written format (typing/pasting answers into this online form)
    2. Video format (uploading a video)

    Instructions for both options are detailed in the form below.

    1. Click Save and Continue Later (at bottom of each page)
    2. Click Skip create an account
    3. Add your email and/or copy the link that is provided

    • Design (architecture, interior design, landscape architecture)
    • Engineering (structural, services, geotechnical engineering)
    • Management  (construction management, quantity surveying, project management)
    • Trades (students enrolled in a recognised carpentry apprenticeship scheme)
