Weekly amount due. Effective . Tuition is due before the close of business on Friday for the upcoming week. If no communication is made with the Director or Business Office concerning payment of any fee (parent fee, late pick-up fee, or bounced check fee) not paid by the close of business on the

current week, you will not be accepted for care until payment is made. In addition, you are responsible for your child's tuition weekly rate until this contract is officially ended.

If you are a "POC" recipient, you must provide our center with a one (1) week "Notice of Intent to Terminate" this contract. If you fail to provide us with this minimal cancellation notice, all of your uncollected fees and the additional parent fees for that week will be reported to the Division of Health and Social Services, Childcare Unit, for your POC account to be suspended until, such fees are collected. If you are "Private Pay," you must provide us with a two (2) weeks' notice of "Intent to Terminate" this contract. If you fail to provide us with this minimal cancellation notice, all of your uncollected tuition, and the two (2) additional weeks will be reported to the credit bureau.
