The Fine Print

Fees

Workshops range in price depending on type of workshop, location, number of participants, and special materials requested. Please let us know about your budget in the inquiry form.

Payment

Once the pricing is finalized and workshop details are confirmed by both parties, Pistils will send an invoice for half of the total anticipated cost; completion of this invoice locks in the event date.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

No-fee rescheduling and full refunds are available for cancellations with notice given at least 14 days prior to the event. For cancellation within 14 days of the event, we will work to reschedule at no additional fee, or refund less a $100 administrative fee. Day-of cancellation may result in the forfiet of fees paid. Once shipped, materials fees are non-refundable.
