Terms and Conditions of Booking for Parties:

1. Parties will use Studio 1 only.

2. Hirers must check availability before completing the booking form contact@anlabystudios.com

3. Anlaby Studios will only provide: Studio 1 /up to 4 fold out tables/up to 30 chairs/a speaker to play music.

4. It is the responsibility of the hirer to set up and clear away the party.

4.1 Hirers will need to add half an hour onto the beginning and end of the party booking time to set up and clear away.

4.2 Before the party - Hirers will have to move the tables and chairs from their usual space into studio 1.

4.2 After the party - Hirers must put the chairs and tables back.

4.3 After the party - Hirers will have use of the studio's hoover, sweeping brushes, mop and bucket and bin bags to clear the studio.

4.4 After the party - The studio space must be left in the same state it was found.

5. The hirer is responsible for all event entertainment/catering/decoration.

5.1 Outside companies must only use the allocated half an hour time slot before and after the party to bring in/take away entertainment/catering/decoration

6. STRICTLY NO GLITTER ALLOWED

7. Party bookings will be charged at £25 per hour for studio hire

7.1 Payment for booking will be taken on the submission of the booking form

7.2 Bookings are non refundable

Please consider the following when booking a time slot:

It is the responsibilities of the hirer to set up and clear away the studios and the studio must be left in the same state it was found. This should be included in your booking time.

Parties - Please add at least half an hour to the start and end of the booking for set up and clear away.
