    Beef hanging weight averages 700 lbs x $0.95 per pound processing fee = $665 + $112 kill and cleaning fee = $777 total.

    Pork hanging weight averages 190 lbs x $0.95 per pound processing fee = $180.50 + $74 kill and cleaning fee = $255 total. All animals are processed at a USDA butchering facility. That means it is inspected and processed under strict requirements and guidelines of both the producer and facility.

                Whole Beef Includes butchering and about 350-400 pounds of meat. Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids. Will take up almost an entire large upright freezer Whole beef cost is $2800. Whole beef orders require a $700 deposit to secure your order (included in final price). You pay about $7 per pound. This includes various cuts of steaks, roasts, ribs, and burger.
