VENDOR FEES (Due Upon Application Submission)
Vendor fees must be paid in full online or by check upon submitting their vendor application. Online payments can be made via Paypal using email@example.com (no login needed; list event in comment box) or by check (see instructions below). Vendors who exceed their paid space reservation (see below) may be charged an additional fee.
Event Vendor Fee = $75 per 10x10 space
Electricity = $50 (VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY. Please specify your electrical needs in the appropriate section below.)
If paying by check, make checks payable to Heart of Brevard, put the event name in the memo line. Mail to:

Vendor fees are nonrefundable. No show/no call will result in exclusion from future events.
All Heart of Brevard events are rain or shine, so come prepared for weather conditions. Keep in mind, however, that refunds are not issued for weather-related conditions and the event may be cancelled or shortened at the discretion of Brevard or Transylvania County public safety officials. (Check with your insurance agent about event insurance that provides coverage for this.)
