Photoshoot Session Inquiry Form

Please fill out the requested dates and session type wanted. Date and time requested are subject to photographers availabilty. Photographer will contact you within 24 hours to communicate further details of booking and retainer payment requirement. Non refundable retainer payment of $100 is due at time of booking to secure date. The remaining balance of session reuqested is due day of the session. Photographer will choose best images taken during session and provide the final edited images in an online digital gallery available for 30 days. After 30 days a $30 fee will be required in order to reupload digital images. After 60 days photographer will no longer hold liability for any unsaved images. Final images will be sent to email provided by client after processing and editing is completed. Processing/editing time is three weeks and can vary during peak season. Expedited services to recieve album is available per request with an additional fee of $100+. In order to ensure the desired vision is achieved attatch any inspiration photos on hand. Photo sessions are scheduled during golden hour and/or sunrise. This allows for beautiful golden hour lighting and lack of harsh shadows in your portraits.

PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Cisca's Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Cisca's Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Cisca's Photography, Francisca Gante and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Cisca's Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Cisca's Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Francisca Gante, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.
