Contract Agreement
Any time overage will result in $50 fee ~ The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement; that does not mean that any other provision is also waived. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have signed a waiver in writing.COOPERATION: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. In the unlikely event that the chair has been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Lydia's control, Lydia's liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. In the event that the chair is returned damaged in any way or not returned at all, the renter will NOT receive deposit back. The chair is not to be moved from delivery address unless previously agreed upon. Upon full inspection of chair upon pick up and no damage made, refund of deposit only will be made. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Full amount is due at time of signing of agreement. Deposit is due at drop off with full inspection. I have read and understood the terms above.
