Level Nine Information

Located in the heart of the CBD, Level Nine Co Working Space showcases stunning views of Elizabeth Quay. Open 24/7, the clean and contemporary workspace offers everything you need for a productive day at a low rate.

All bookings include swipe card entry to Level Nine, complimentary WiFi, access to comfortable lounge areas, phone booths and to The Pantry with instant coffee/teas, hot/cold water and biscuits.

$40 per day, no hourly rates / Complimentary for all in-house guests

$40 per day, no hourly rates / Complimentary for all in-house guests

Quay Boardroom

Full room, 18m2, max 12-14 people: $100 per hour / $600 per day
Half room, 9m2, max 5-7 people: $50 per hour / $300 per day
Includes: complimentary use of shared workspace, WiFi access, TV screen with HDMI connectivity, Whiteboard, Stationery, A5 notepads and access to our lounge area with instant coffee/teas, water and biscuits.

Boardroom Catering

Catering available on weekdays with minimum 1 week notice.

Quay and HQ Bar + Kitchen

Level Nine is just an elevator ride away from barista-made coffee and pastries at Community at Quay or from drinks and a meal at the rooftop HQ Bar + Kitchen. Opening hours can be viewed here.

Wilson Parking at 18 The Esplanade, Perth

Entry to the car park is via the east-bound lanes of The Esplanade only. If travelling from the east, please proceed onto St Georges Terrace west-bound, and then turn left down Howard St to reach The Esplanade.

Level Nine users can redeem a negotiated rate of $20 all-day parking for the adjacent Wilson car park when validated at our reception.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than three business days from the booking date will result in a cancellation fee of the total expected amount. Any cancellation or reschedule for catering made less than five business days from the booking date will result in a cancellation fee of the total expected amount.

All bookings come with access to a power outlet. Boardroom bookings come with one screen per half boardroom (twin mirroring is not guaranteed) but do not have video conferencing facilities such as a laptop, speaker, webcam etc. A HDMI cable is available upon request. Guests are strongly advised to bring their own chargers and adapters.

Payment Options
Long-term use (minimum 30 days): payment frequency is monthly. Company agrees to pay an upfront fee which is due upon signing the lease. All rates and charges will be invoiced monthly, and all payments must be made within 7 days of the date of the invoice.

Short-term/adhoc use: payment on the day or prior to use of space.
