I’m a visual learner. I like graphs, charts, mind maps, doodles, storyboards! I like conversations and do well with feedback over the phone, verbal coaching. I like things in writing. I need to read things on my own time and process the information at my own pace. I like thorough written feedback - lots of notes, in-depth commentary. I like written feedback but prefer a style that is direct and succinct. I hate wading through long comments and long letters. I like a mix of written and verbal feedback. I have diagnosed or suspected ADHD or other executive function issues (or I am the caretaker of someone who does), and am interested in extra support for accountability, help with my writing systems / process, feedback structured in a certain way, or some other customization option that will help me to write and receive feedback more efficiently.
