Currently open to students grades 5th-12th (Fall 2022). Students must be enrolled in a PAW 2022 summer workshop to attend.
Monthly Payment Policy: Trip payments as determined by PAW Inc. (based on the approx. monthly amount) will be due on the last day of each calendar month. A monthly payment is due per person by the the last calendar day of each month starting November 30th, 2021 after initial $100/per person deposit paid at time of registration. The full balance of your trip, per person/per family will need to be paid in full by June 30th, 2022. You will recieve a monthly invoice through Square to the email provided at time of registration. All payments will be managed, collected and processed by the PAW Board Treasurer.
Refunds will be issued based on availability of funds; based on if PAW is issued a refund from services we have already purchased (at time of refund request) and if we are able to fill your open spot. All refunds are subject to PAW Board approval and refunds are not guaranteed. If a refund is issued, minus all JotForm & Square applicable fees charged to PAW Inc. for each transaction processed, the $100 deposit remains nonrefundable/per person.
In the event of low enrollment, A PAW-cancelled would occurr by the end of December 2021 and a refund would be issued for this reason (incuding the $100 deposit/per person) minus all JotForm & Square applicable fees charged to PAW Inc. for each transaction processed. A full list of applicable processing fees may be provided to you at your request upon cancellation by the PAW Board of Directors.
If this trip is cancelled for reasons due to public health concerns and mandates, refunds will be issued based on availability of funds; based on if PAW is issued a refund from services we have already purchased (at the time of cancellation) all refunds are issued per PAW Board approval and minus all JotForm & Square applicable fees charged to PAW Inc. for each transaction processed.
