Terms of Agreement for CRA members

-The Community Retail Association serves as an advocate in many facets including providing resources, consulting, and information for all its members. However, it must be understood, the CRA does not guarantee each desired result for a store owner regarding the issue or concern they are dealing with. Store owners can file a case with the CRA which goes to our Outreach Council for review. The Outreach Council will work with store owner and provide consultation and all available resources under the CRA to help resolve their case.
-It is understood only businesses registered in Illinois are eligible to become CRA Members. Non-Illinois based business are not CRA eligible.
-To receive support and resources from CRA, business owner must be a registered member and up to date with payment. Non-CRA or CRA expired membership will not be eligible for assistance at any point.
-The CRA will provide various levels of guidance and resources for all members including a vendor list of attorneys, electricians, construction contractors, lobbyist and many more valuable vendors who have vast experience working with retail owners and will be available under a discounted rate for our members. The CRA is not liable for any cost incurred between member and vendor and does not serve as a facilitator or negotiator between and member and vendor.
All transactions must be negotiated between the vendor and CRA member.
-Once a retail owner is registered as an RCA member, store owner will be sent an email including a link to register their store. The RCA member will be asked to provide basic information including address, phone number, and email address of store location. If RCA member is a multi-store owner, they must register each store separately. A store owner will not be eligible for assistance in an event a case is filed, and the store of concern is not registered under the CRA membership.
-Upon completetion of applocation. The Outreach Council will review application and can deny membership at its sole discretion. If the application is denied the Outreach Council will notify applicant.without reason or written notice to applicant.
