    Please note we will respond Monday-Thursday within 48 hours and Friday-Sunday within 72 hours.
  • Cancellation and No Show Policies:

    Appointments are confirmed through text, email or phone call depending on your preference. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

    The below charges will be charged to the Credit Card we have on file for you.

    • Your appointment will automatically be canceled and considered a No Show if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.
    • If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, and will not be able to reschedule without a deposit.
    • Appointments that are not canceled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
