I understand that not all footage is usable and Hayley will decide which footage to use in my film at her discretion

I understand that, due to the artistic nature of video editing, Hayley will not offer refunds for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, clip selection, music selection, editing decisions and delivery method).

I understand that no additional edits will be made once my film has been delivered (including, but not limited to, music, clip order, coloring, clip selection).

I understand that my footage will be delivered via google drive or iCloud album

OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER

If you would like a specific clip included in your film, please let me know when you submit your footage. I will not add in or remove clips from your finished film once it's been delivered to you.

Music selection is entirely up to me. But, I will try to take your requests into consideration (sometimes they just don't work out).

Pleae film all of your footage in the same orientation. I prefer landscape, but I can make a vertical film. If you submit both orientations, I will try my hardest to use them, but it is not very likely that those clips will make it into your film (due to quality issues when the film in cropped).

If you have a valid concern - like a typo or a weird glitch, I will do everything I can to fix it!

If you are filming for an event where multiple people are submitting clips, I will NOT accept any clips after 48 hours after your event under ANY circumstance.
