TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Available units for lease is on a first-come-first-served basis. To reserve the unit, kindly fill-up this google form, submit gov't issued ID and pay the reservation fee (rental amount). Kindly email your proof of payment to payments@ehomes.ph or attach here. Reservation fee will be credited as your one month advance rental. Maximum holding of unit is 14 days only from the date of reservation. Lease Contract will start on the 1st or 16th day of the month.
In case of back-out or cancellation, reservation fee is deemed forfeited.

Requirements to move-in:
1. Two (2) months deposit
2. Eleven (11) post-dated checks
3. Signed Lease Contract and completely fill up Move-in permit
4. Photocopy of gov't issued IDs of all occupants (for foreigners- passport and working visa or Philippine issued ID)
